Gilbert Maines began his practice after passing the California State Bar in 1970.
The
Law Office of Gilbert Maines is a general private practice law firm
with Civil litigation as the primary focus. Mr. Maines spent the first 2
years of his career as a trial attorney, trying 27 cases in 18 months.
In this immediate professional immersion, he quickly honed his courtroom
and legal skills.
After 40 years in practice as a
criminal, business, and trial attorney, he has earned the respect of
both Judge and jury as well as that of his peers.
Helping parties
compromise and come to agreement is a skill just as important as
winning in the courtroom. Mr. Maines is a counselor who wants to take
